FLENOID (see a profile of the fugitive) escaped from a halfway house in St. Louis. He was serving a federal sentence for parole violation stemming from an earlier conviction for possession with intent to distribute cocaine. In May 2000, he killed a man in failed to abduct his common law wife. He faces local charges of murder, kidnapping, burglary and assault. FLENOID's criminal history includes convictions for weapons violations, robbery and narcotics. He known to carry concealed weapons and should be considered ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
