CLARK is a major case fugitive wanted for two homicides in Prince Georges County, Maryland. Click here for a more current photo of Clark. He has been identified as the primary assailant in a shooting murder which occurred Nov. 6, 1998, and for a stabbing homicide Aug. 23, 2001. He was convicted of robbery in 1990 and served a 10-year sentence. The fugitive has a history of violence. He should be considered ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
