Richard VALLEE

Hell's Angel (member of the Three Rivers, Quebec chapter.) Car bomb murdered government informant in Plattsburg, New York. VALLEE escaped from Canadian authorities while awaiting extradition to the U.S. His escape was effected with the assistance of armed associates. VALLEE is a member of a large scale international cocaine smuggling organization. He is a demolitions expert with a violent criminal history.
